Luna Development Services, LLC (Luna Development), a Virginia MBE, 8(a)certified, SWaM certified, Virginia Class A general contracting firm founded in the summer of 2004 by its owner, Michael E. Glenn, to provide a multi-disciplined approach to the federal, state and local government or its real estate clients by offering full-service general contracting and real estate development services.
Since its inception, Luna Development has been directly or indirectly responsible for almost $15,000,000 in real estate development and and government contracts covering residential to commercial office buildings to single-use hospitality facilities. Luna Development has also forged relationships with other real estate professionals (architects, engineers, designers, general contractors, furniture vendors, and suppliers) that have enabled it to develop and manage real estate projects on schedule and within budget.
